This section will introduce you to some of our Doctors and Staff with a brief informational biography and perhaps a candid photo of them in action at the hospital. We are very proud of each individual on our team who are pet lovers like you.

Meet the Doctors

Dr. Chris CarskaddanDr. Chris Carskaddan, Medical Director, is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and has lived in the metro DC area for over twenty years. He earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State and his Master's from American University, and he graduated from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Carskaddan enjoys supporting the work of numerous local pet rescue organizations. He has been recognized in Northern Viriginia magazine's Best of Northern Virginia issue and was recently named as one of Virginia's top vets in Virginia Living magazine. Dr. Carskaddan is proud of the exceptional standards of patient care and personalized client service for which Clocktower Animal Hospital is known.
 
Dr. Robin JonesDr. Robin Jones holds a B.S. in Animal and Dairy Science and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University. After serving three years in the U.S. Army as a military veterinarian at Fort Campbell, KY, she continued practicing in Tennessee, Texas, and Northern Virginia. Dr. Jones has a special interest in internal medicine, feline care, and geriatric medicine.
 
Dr. Leslie MooreDr. Leslie Moore is a graduate of the College of Veterinary Medicine at The Ohio State University and earned an undergraduate degree in zoology from Auburn University. She was affiliated for eleven years with Wheaton Animal Hospital in Kensington, Maryland, before joining the Clocktower team in 1998. Dr. Moore and her husband, David Brown, live in Vienna with their three children.
 
Dr. William MazurDr. William Mazur obtained his BS in Marketing/Business from George Mason University. After graduating, he became a professional touring musician with the DC based rock band, SEV. After parting ways with them (5 years later), he started his veterinary career by attending the VA-MD Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduating, Dr. Mazur continued his professional training and completed a rotating internship at the Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston, MA. He was an emergency/critical care veterinarian for the next several years before moving back down to the Washington DC area to be closer to his immediate family.
 
Dr. Diane Panopoulos

Dr. Diane Panopoulos is from Baltimore, Maryland, and is a graduate of the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine.  Dr. Panopoulos enjoys working with dogs and cats and has a special interest in rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, and pocket pets.

 
Dr. Jennifer SchneiderDr. Jennifer Schneider holds an undergraduate degree in animal science and pathobiology from the University of Connecticut and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Schneider worked for several years at a small animal and equine practice in New Jersey prior to moving to this area and joining Clocktower in 1999. Dr. Schneider's professional interests include Lyme disease, radiology, preventive medicine, and protecting the human-animal bond. She resides in Herndon with her husband and three children.
 
Dr. Aaron WolffDr. Aaron Wolff was born and raised in Herndon, VA and knew from a young age that veterinary medicine would be his career. During his childhood he had a plethora of pets including dogs, cats, ferrets, guinea pigs, mice, hamsters, a rabbit and even two ducks. As an undergraduate at Virginia Tech, he worked summers at Clocktower as a doctor’s assistant. He went on to earn his veterinary degree from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine and has been practicing since then in Northern Virginia. Dr. Wolff’s special interests include internal medicine, nutrition and physical therapy. He now lives in Leesburg, VA with his wonderful wife Jessica, their baby daughter, Ella, and their two dogs, Trevi and Turkleton. When his little girl isn’t getting his undivided attention Dr. Wolff enjoys distance running, ice hockey, reading and movies. Dr. Wolff is so excited to once again be a member of the Clocktower family and looks forward to continuing the tradition of excellent patient care.
