Dr. Mazur obtained his BS in Marketing/Business from George Mason University. After graduating, he became a professional touring musician with the DC-based rock band, SEV. After parting ways with them (5 years later), he started his veterinary career by attending the VA-MD Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduating, Dr. Mazur continued his professional training and completed a rotating internship at the Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston, MA. He was an emergency/critical care veterinarian for the next several years before moving back down to the Washington DC area to be closer to his immediate family.
