Lisa has been managing animal hospitals since 2011 and is thrilled to be a part of the Clocktower team. Her lifelong love of working with animals found her working as a Kennel Attendant, Zookeeper's Assistant, Veterinary Assistant, and Anesthetic Assistant before finding her passion as a Hospital Manager and Regional Manager. In the past, she also volunteered at shelters and in human healthcare with therapy animals where she realized she loved the positive impact the human-animal bond can have. Lisa is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association, and earned her title of Certified Veterinary Practice Manager in 2018. 

She is originally from Nebraska where she attended the University of Nebraska - Lincoln before moving to the Northern Virginia area. She and her husband, Luke, share their Montclair home with a lively collection of Shiba Inus, cats, Chiweenies, and one super energetic Dachshund. Several of her pets were adopted through the hospitals she works with.
